Resumen

Este artículo explora los problemas apremiantes del sistema interamericano para la protección de los derechos humanos. El objetivo de la investigación es un análisis jurídico internacional complejo del sistema interamericano para la protección de los derechos humanos, así como un análisis exhaustivo de la Convención Americana sobre Derechos Humanos y otros documentos legales internacionales que constituyen la base jurídica de la cooperación de los estadounidenses en esta área. La Convención Americana sobre Derechos Humanos representa un logro significativo en el campo de la protección internacional de los derechos humanos, principalmente debido a los mecanismos procesales innovadores considerados en ella.
