Resumen

Este artículo analiza el contenido de los conceptos de "inteligencia" e "inteligencia artificial". Los autores discuten los principales problemas de digitalización de la esfera del derecho público, realizan modelos de las direcciones y perspectivas para la implementación de sistemas de inteligencia artificial en la sociedad moderna. En particular, el artículo analiza las contradicciones y perspectivas para la implementación de sistemas de inteligencia artificial en actividades socio-legales específicas relacionadas con la protección de los derechos, libertades e intereses legítimos de una persona y un ciudadano.
