Resumen

El artículo se refiere a la base jurídica del sistema judicial de la Federación Rusa. Los autores forman el desarrollo de la legislación de sistemas, así como la legislación de los tribunales que proporcionan el sistema. Se analizó el alcance del impacto y la regulación, sus peculiaridades y varios elementos de control de la legislación.
