Resumen

El problema del tráfico ilícito de drogas es un problema mundial cada vez más transnacional. Para contrarrestar el delito transnacional de drogas, ahora es necesario eliminar los conflictos de derecho internacional en la lucha contra este delito. El presente artículo aborda esta problemática.
