Resumen

Dado que el comercio electrónico se está convirtiendo en uno de los métodos de transacción más actuales, en este estudio se investigó la posibilidad de la opción de lugar de reunión en el comercio electrónico, el cual existe mucho antes de la desconexión entre las dos partes, y sería posible que las partes terminen la transacción justo en el momento de la desconexión. La opción de lugar de reunión se puede implementar para las dos partes.
