La génesis del concepto de interés nacional: análisis teórico-legal.
Resumen
El propósito de esta investigación es el análisis de la historiografía de conceptos de intereses nacionales en la ciencia jurídica. Las características conceptuales y doctrinales de la protección de los intereses nacionales en el sistema legal moderno de Rusia se seleccionan y las prioridades de formación del sistema de intereses nacionales se definen, las formas óptimas de formación del sistema de intereses nacionales se proponen a través de modelos integrados que aseguran la integración adecuada de Un objetivo de interés nacional, el establecimiento de mecanismos legales para su protección y aplicación. Investigamos y evaluamos la efectividad de los mecanismos legales internacionales para garantizar los intereses nacionales de Rusia a nivel regional y global, definimos las prioridades de la cooperación legal internacional en el contexto de garantizar la seguridad nacional y proteger los intereses nacionales.
