Resumen

Entre los principios básicos de la gestión de personal, los autores consideran los principios que caracterizan los requisitos para la formación de un sistema de gestión de personal y los principios que determinan la dirección de desarrollo del sistema de gestión de personal. El sistema de gestión de personal es una serie de acciones específicas en el campo de cambios organizativos, económicos, materiales, técnicos, estructurales en una organización educativa. El artículo presenta los métodos de gestión de personal.
