Abstract

Among the basic principles of personnel management, the authors consider the principles that characterize the requirements for the formation of a personnel management system and the principles that determine the direction of development of the personnel management system. The personnel management system is a series of specific actions in the field of organizational, economic, material, technical, and structural changes in an educational organization. The article presents the methods of personnel management.
