Resumen

Las relaciones de propiedad abarcan la unidad dialéctica de las relaciones de apropiación y alienación de los medios de producción, el trabajo y los resultados del trabajo en las fases de producción, distribución, intercambio y consumo del proceso de reproducción social. La transformación de las relaciones de propiedad es un proceso permanente de transformación del sistema de relaciones de propiedad, sus elementos y relaciones entre ellos, determinado por la dinámica del desarrollo de métodos de producción dentro de un sistema socioeconómico dado. Las industrias de alta tecnología e intensivas en conocimiento están en gran medida alejadas del desarrollo, lo que afecta negativamente la seguridad nacional y la realización de los intereses económicos nacionales en general. Estos aspectos se desarrollan en el artículo.
