Abstract

Property relations encompass the dialectical unity of the relations of appropriation and alienation of the means of production, and the results of labor in the phases of production, distribution, exchange, and consumption in the process of social reproduction. The transformation of property relations is a permanent process of determined by the dynamics of development of production methods (both basic and additional) within a given socio-economic system. High-tech and knowledge-intensive industries are largely alienated from development, which negatively affects national security and the realization of national economic interests in general.
