Introducción a los desafíos y estrategias de justicia restaurativa en el sistema de enjuiciamiento penal de Irán.
Resumen
El propósito de este artículo es revisar los desafíos y las soluciones de justicia restaurativa en tres áreas: sistema de justicia infantil y juvenil, capital social y medio ambiente en el sistema legal de Irán. A partir de la definición y la valoración de los propósitos de la justicia restaurativa se analizan los impactos de la misma en el progreso del sistema de justicia.
