Introduction to challenges and strategies restorative justice in Iran's criminal prosecution system.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to review the challenges and solutions of restorative justice in three areas: the juvenile and juvenile justice system, social capital and the environment in the legal system of Iran. From the definition and evaluation of the purposes of restorative justice, the impacts of this on the progress of the justice system are analyzed.
