Weaknesses in the implementation of new strategies based on open government.
Abstract
Open government is a new paradigm, based on the principles of transparency, participation and collaboration, which allows changing the relationship between citizens and the State. Its execution requires facing weaknesses associated with the new strategies for the elaboration of public policies. The objective of this work is to define what are the weaknesses that may arise in the implementation of new public policy development strategies through a quantitative study. Ten representative variables were identified according to the content analysis of the interviews conducted using the statistical technique of principal component analysis.
