Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the smuggling of strategically important goods and resources. Based on the analysis of regulatory legal acts, qualitative features of strategically important goods and resources are revealed in the context of criminal liability for their smuggling. A proposal has been formulated regarding the exclusion from the List of strategically important goods and resources of species of wild flora and fauna.
