Correlation of the concepts of “insolvency and inability to pay” of a debtor in bankruptcy proceedings in the Russian Federation.
Abstract
The article provides an analysis of the civil and criminal perceptions of the legal status of the debtor in assessing it from the point of view of insolvency and insolvency inability to pay. The legal position of the authors of the article in relation to the bankruptcy procedure in these cases is considered, considering that the concepts of “insolvency” and “insolvency inability to pay”, although similar in content, are not synonymous.
