Abstract

The authors substantiate the need for a synergistic model of educational institutions to reform education. This paradigm is closely linked to the existence of an innovative person capable of self-education. It provides an opportunity to create order out of the chaos of educational proposals, not by a totalitarian model of unification, but by their ability to mobilize common resources and optimize their functional capacity to achieve their pedagogical goals. The urgency is exacerbated by the necessity of educational reform.
