Nursing care in diabetic patients of the health center n0.1 of Tulcan 2017.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by elevated blood glucose (hyperglycemia). It is associated with an absolute or relative deficiency of insulin production and/or action. This research aims to implement a nursing care plan that contributes to the improvement of lifestyle in diabetic patients who go to the health center 1 of Tulcan. This plan aims to reduce the number of complications, through the strategy of training and monitoring multidisciplinary work teams.
