Experimental verification of the effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions for the training of self-education of cadets.
Abstract
The article presents the results of the study of the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for cadets’ self-education readiness formation: formation of motivation for selfeducation and development of organizational skills; formation of information competence; effective organization of independent work; and actualization of self-education in the educational process. 112 cadets of the National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine participated in the study. Testing the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions was carried out according to motivational, cognitive, organizational and reflexive criteria. At the end of the experiment it was determined an increase in the number of EG cadets with a high level of readiness for self-education by all criteria that testifies to the effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical conditions.
