Abstract

Despite the difference in approaches to understanding the legislation, it is understood as the activity of the bodies authorized for the development, processing and publication of certain regulatory acts. The elaboration of laws is the main direction of the legal-social activity, creating the conditions for the existence and reproduction of society itself. The legislation implements legal forms that ensure a more balanced state of society.
