Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the competitiveness of SMEs in the Santo Domingo production sector; also, to know what variables influence their level of competitiveness and efficiency. Once the research was carried out, it was determined that there is a very high impact on competitiveness by some factors such as strategic planning, environmental management, quality assurance, accounting and finance and human talent.
