Teacher overcoming: an unavoidable path.
Abstract
The purpose of the work is to develop an orientation program for the development of plans for teacher improvement, applicable to any type of teaching. It serves as a guide for the heads of pedagogical groups in order to organize in a coherent way the improvement of their teaching staff; it has a focus on continuous improvement, which ensures higher studies in each of the cycles of reapplication of the program and the adjustment of the needs of each period to the proposals for improvement.
