Diagnosis of networks, a resource for improving the service.

Abstract

The well-known benefits of communication networks have motivated the maximum use of information technologies available to organizations, which has caused, in many cases, an accelerated growth of the network with a consequent generation of infrastructure overload, both hardware and software. The purpose of this work is to present a procedure for the diagnosis of the operation of networks, which contributes to the detection of insufficiencies and the treatment of these for the improvement of the service.
