Conducting legal expertise of draft regulatory legal acts in the Russian Federation.

Abstract

The article discusses the features of the legal examination of draft regulatory legal acts in modern Russia. It is considered as the main legal means of increasing quality, effectiveness, and the appropriateness of the predictability of the consequences of their adoption. The authors believe that a single regulatory framework for the examination of regulatory legal acts, and most importantly, the consolidation of uniform scientifically-based and practice-tested techniques and methods for its implementation will generally contribute to the improvement of Russian legislation.
