Abstract

The article aims to draw attention to the relevance of the study of the phenomenology of state power, its mechanisms, and their external and internal characteristics, patterns of existence, transformation and modernization. The proposed study is an attempt to form a logically consistent view of the evolution of the scientific concept of the mechanism of state power from the point of view of interdisciplinary discourse in relation to the object of study, taking into account the methodological specifics of the provisions of Russian sociological, political and legal science. For a more inclusive and in-depth introduction to the problem, we turn to the historical processes of formation of the legal worldview in relation to our issue.
