Abstract

The development of technology has offered the world new tools, however, these technologies show shortcomings in their creation, use and immediate elimination, since they are mostly regulated by the same companies that own these services website, through security and use policies that do not guarantee people reliability, thus proliferating, more than 370 million false accounts in the world, many of which serve criminals to commit their harmful and willful acts; this problem is at the heart of this research, which concludes with the proposal for a regulatory legal framework for this field of science.
