Development of Strategıes for Secondary School Managers and Teachers agaınst Cyber- Bullyıng.

Abstract

This study has been conducted in order to create awareness by providing information on conscious usage of technology and cyber-bullying to managers and teachers at secondary stage and make contribution to developing strategies as regards what should be done when they encounter negative behaviors. Today, the importance of technology usage increased due to the popularization of usage of technological devices. The study was conducted with 20 managers and teachers who work at secondary stage. A seminar was delivered to the participants for 5 weeks on conscious usage of technology and cyber-bullying.
