Consequences of the legalization of drug consumption in Babahoyo.

Abstract

This research is applied within the scientific field, using methods and techniques for data collection, organization, planning and methodology, aimed at reducing a social problem that affects families and communities. The topic aims to analyze through the Organic Integral Criminal Code the legalization of drug use and its consequences, understanding that it is a very controversial issue in recent times, as there are those who claim that it is the solution to end once and for all with the war on micro and drug trafficking that only brings violence and death; while others believe that if this measure is adopted, the current situation will worsen.
