Management model based on reengineering.

Abstract

The purpose of this article was to make a theoretical approximation of what the new management should be in front of the transformation processes required in this century, in order to increase the capacity to compete in the market, based on the reengineering of its processes. The conception of a methodology of documentary type, under a pure bibliographic design, applying documentary observation to give it a framework that summarizes the commonly used management models, taking a brief context of the reengineering for the selection of strategies are used to direct the strategic system of an organization.
