The neoconstitutionalism and the equality of rights in Ecuador.

Abstract

In Ecuador, despite decades of changes in constitutions and rights, the issue of equality is a historical problem, which has brought with it several points of criticism and debate, equal rights is evident in the neo-constitutionalism, since its inception, the current constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, has a main purpose of respect for equality; this is to achieve a society that offers the minimum guarantees for equal opportunities for all citizens to be effective.
