Abstract
The process of processing the raw material is the primary part of generating the change in the productive matrix that allows to energize trade, and from studies in the cocoa sector on the marketing of the product, the problem of research is: How to increase the sales of artisanal cocoa in Canton Quevedo?, and from the results, it is proposed to design commercial tactical strategies of artisanal cocoa in the company Chocolate Montuvio del Canton Quevedo.
