The influence of education in prison as a mechanism to avoid repeated crimes and reoccurrence in the privacy center of liberty of Santo Domingo de Los Tsachilas.
Abstract
The present investigation is structured in two fundamental axes: the first one that alludes to the right to education, and the second, to the holders of that right of education, people deprived of liberty, and a sector of the population considered constitutionally as vulnerable in article 35 of the Supreme Standard. The link between the deprived of liberty as the recipient of the right to education at the primary, secondary, and higher levels, and the benefit with the exercise of such right, is to evoke the purpose of rehabilitation.
