Abstract

Dishonest uses in commercial turnout beyond infringement of acquired rights represent a growing problem in trade. The purpose of this research was to identify through a doctrinal and field examination, the main forms of manifestation or acts of unfair competition in the concurrence activity of self-employed traders in the downtown area of Santo Domingo.
