The leadership as an instrument to promote empowerment in the Ecuadorian Educational Community.
Abstract
This work is aimed at determining the actions of managers in different contexts and exercising a proactive role in meeting their goals. The leadership that prevails in educational institutions optimizes the learning processes of children and adolescents in the search to achieve a quality education with warmth, which strengthened with the joint work of parents can achieve a change in the Ecuadorian education. The leader as the protagonist of this research have sufficient academic preparation and charismatic attitude that allow interrelation between the members of the educational community.
