Abstract

This paper provides an overview of the experience in applying the practice-oriented assignments under the competence Primary and Secondary School Teacher according to WorldSkills Standards in the teaching of the Chemistry subject area. The developed teaching and methodical materials on the disciplines within the Chemistry subject area under the program Pedagogical Education, Biology Chemistry specialty, are described. The teaching and methodical materials are intended to develop professional competences envisaged by the educational program, consistent with the job functions of a teacher in accordance with the Professional Standard for Teachers, and the requirements and assessment criteria of the competence General and Secondary School Teacher.
