The administrative management and its impact on the productivity of Ecuadorian microenterprises. Case study Dipromax workshop in the city of Santo Domingo.

Abstract

Microenterprises are a fundamental axis for the productive impulse of a nation; for this reason, a study was carried out in the Dipromax workshop, that is dedicated to the manufacture of furniture in aluminum, wood and locksmith work, in the Province of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, in order to know their level of productivity and contribute with the achievement of its objectives and the optimization of its resources. To carry out the diagnosis, an interview was conducted with the Administrator and a survey of the collaborators, which allowed analyzing and diagnosing the current situation.
