Approval: critical analysis of the illegal impugnation of negative resolution.
Abstract
The approval is the legal institution that, in Ecuador, empowers the employer and worker to go to the Labour Inspector to terminate the individual contract of employment for one or more of the causes established in the Labour Code. The investigation focused on a critical analysis of the challenge to the decision denying the go-ahead; the result was that the decision denying the go-ahead that it is not legally challenged; only the Labour Inspector may or may not terminate the individual employment contract.
