Electronic Government as a strategy to achieve efficiency in public management.
Abstract
Thanks to information and communications technologies, mechanisms have been established that allow different governments, through strategies, to communicate and transparent their management, and offer services through the Internet, achieving citizen participation, optimizing resources, which they bring effectiveness and efficiency. This leads to the creation of a policy that allows being present on a digital platform, seeking interaction with users and electronic commerce, reducing time and investment, as an advantage for the internal and external public, and increasing potential customers. This paper demonstrates the different phases of e-government and its importance, as a strategy that is used with excellent results.
