Innovative activity of personality.

Abstract

The authors of this article carried out a theoretical analysis of two approaches to the study of the innovative activity of the individual (behavioral and organizational). Two forms of innovative activity of a person are considered: behavior and activity. The main foreign and domestic research schools on the problem of innovative activity of the individual are highlighted. The following are the basic psychological mechanisms of innovative activity of a person such as locus of control, identification, dynamic balance.
