Right of youth and children, ways to shorten their non-observance.

Abstract

The protection of the rights of children and adolescents is a pending debt of many Latin American States, and Ecuador does not escape it. From the different laws and policies that stipulate their protection, there are still those who live under the violation of their rights. Child labor frequently manifests and deprives this population sector of its childhood and full development. The purpose of this work is to highlight advances and challenges in the field of youth and childhood law with emphasis on child labor, its generalities are initially addressed, with special mention to Ecuador, and then expose some possible ways to shorten its non-observance and Consolidation this right.
