ISO 9001: 2015: from bureaucracy to the prevention of failures and their causes.
Abstract
The article is aimed at to examine the reasons that argue the decision, by the top management (AD) of the organizations, to implement an ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system in the current context of sustainable human development. They outline the proactive vision of the AD in the development of quality management systems ISO 9001: 2015, analyze the critical variables for quality to develop the perspective of the clients and justify that each activity carried out in the organization is based on the added value for this, and finally, defend the application of the criterion of quality with sense of sustainability in the current context of sustainable human development.
