Coaching-based strategies for the training of professionals - entrepreneurs at Uniandes- Quevedo university.
Abstract
A deep reflection on the relationships between coaching, the training processes of entrepreneurs and transformational leaders at the university and the management of formative partner transposition environments during the development of undergraduate projects at the Autonomous Regional University of the Andes (UNIANDES-Quevedo) is carried out in this research. It is part of the real problem that today appears in the university educational field in relation to how these educational-formative institutions ensure the professionals that society requires to transform from active leadership.
