Ergonomic improvements to focus the eye on the worker.

Abstract

The importance of carrying out the workday in a healthy environment is an aspect that is increasingly taken care of. Numerous organizations around the world develop ergonomic improvement policies and programs that ensure the achievement of ideal working conditions to reduce accidents and occupational diseases. The need for an effective intervention in the prevention and reduction of harmful effects of injuries and diseases on the health of workers, associated with ergonomic conditions, is the general objective of this work. It concludes a procedure designed to apply engineering and administrative controls that will facilitate the definition of solutions to the nonconformities detected in the evaluation process carried out.
