Abstract

Currently, the labor and business market in Ecuador register more informality according to INEC figures, "almost seven out of 10 workers are in the informal sector”, to this is joined by individuals or companies not listed in the databases of the Income Services Internal, which do not pay taxes, do not invoice, are not registered with the Superintendency of Companies, Chamber of Commerce and Commercial Registry. This behavior increases informality, affecting the economic development of the country.
