Modern fitness technologies in the physical education of students.
Abstract
This article presents a theoretical analysis of fitness technologies application problems in physical education of students. The study analyzed the sources of the problems, their factors and transformations features. This work determined the basic concepts, their common features and differences between them. We summarized approaches for understanding the concepts of fitness, sanative fitness and fitness technology. A conducted analysis of these concepts allowed us to solve the fitness technologies application problems present in the process of physical education of students.
