Management of the didactic act: Impact on the quality of the academic performance of students of basic education.

Abstract

The article includes an analysis of the incidence of teacher preparation, to manage the didactic act and the quality of the student's academic performance for the achievement of this purpose, methods of the theoretical and empirical level were selected, which made it possible to collect the information that allowed to fulfill the objective. The research was carried out on the premises of the Technical University of Babahoyo. Main findings were diagnosis of the situation in the institution under study, as well as a didactic strategy and to solve the problem subject to solution. As conclusion, the insufficiencies that guarantee the quality of the academic performance of the students, are mainly due to the inadequate management of the didactic act in the course of the teaching activities, precisely all of the above reveals the novelty of the study carried out.
