Abstract

On Tuesday, June 11, 2019, five Constitutional Court members out of a total of nine, made a decision that is not their responsibility; the investigation analyzes legal conditions and doctrinal references from a critical perspective concluding the legal infeasibility of the judicial decision in contravention of the letter of the constitution.
