Correlation between job satisfaction and job performance.
Abstract
Job satisfaction is an agent that drives people to act and generate a behavior that has a direct impact on the work performance of each individual. The work presented aims to present an analysis of the interrelationship between job satisfaction and job performance to quantitatively demonstrate that a large part of the factors that affect performance depend on job satisfaction. When evaluating the significant variables that affect job satisfaction within each organization, improvement actions that result in an improvement in job performance are oriented.
