Proposal for a brochure for the preparation of tour operators in English in the north central area, Cumandá Canton, Chimborazo province, period 2011.

Abstract

This work was carried out in Cumandá, during the period 2011, the main objective was: to investigate how the practice of the English language affects the services offered by tour operators in the North Central Zone, Cumandá Canton, Chimborazo Province, and therefore, we propose to prepare a booklet with basic phrases in English language to facilitate communication, through the Sectional and Local Government of the Cumandá Canton. Once the study was done, as well as the logistic approach, and obtained the tabulated results of the surveys carried out to the tour operators, a brochure could be proposed for the preparation of the tour operators in English for the improvement of their performance.
