The satisfaction of professors of the Regional Autonomous University of Los Andes with research.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to explain to what degree the satisfaction with the research contributes to motivate the development of the research competencies of the undergraduate professors of the Autonomous Regional University of the Andes, Extension Santo Domingo. Among the main methods that were used are participatory observation and the survey designed by Iadov to measure satisfaction, which provided the necessary data assessed through inductive-deductive methods and analysis and synthesis.
