Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the seventh constitutional criterion on the Rural Los Andes Parish GAD, managing to establish the effect that it can have on the investment budget for the year 2018, as well as harmonize the objectives National Good Living Plan to the National Lifetime Plan. The methodology applied was based on a complex approach to the approach to legal, financial and social context.
